OPEN BOX ORDERS

We’re thrilled to announce our brand-new Open Box service! With this fantastic option, you can place multiple orders over a few weeks and receive everything in one package later on. You’ll still pay for your items, but this means you can spread out the cost and enjoy just one shipping fee!

Getting started with an Open Box is super easyjust choose the option at checkout! All your Open Box orders are yours and fully paid for; they’ll only be shipped when you’re ready to close your box. To do that, simply place a final order and select the 'CLOSE BOX' shipping option for a flat rate of £6.95. Then, get ready for your final order and any outstanding items in your Open Box to be on their way to you!

DELIVERY OF ORDERS/PRODUCTS

Please note that if you receive a damaged parcel, it is important to inform us within 7 days of receiving it. We will then contact Royal Mail to make a claim against them for the damage. We appreciate your understanding that this is out of our hands during transit and we require time to deal with the issue with Royal Mail. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
