If you haven't received a dispatch email after 7 working days, please feel free to inquire about your order. Please note that this does not include the time by Royal Mail.
We aim to get all orders out as quickly as possible to save any delays you receiving your order.
OPEN BOX ORDERS
We now offer an Open Box service.
With an Open Box, you place several orders over a period of weeks and receive them all in one parcel at a later date. You still pay for your goods, but this means you can spread the cost of your purchases over several weeks and better still, you will only be charged one postage charge.
To start an Open Box, simply choose the option at checkout.
All Open Box orders are paid for and the goods are yours - they aren't shipped to you until you close your box. To do this, place a final order and choose the 'CLOSE BOX' - postage option. This will charge a flat rate postage of £6.95 and this final order and any outstanding orders in your current open box will now be sent to you!
DELIVERY OF ORDERS/PRODUCTS
Please note that if you receive a damaged parcel, it is important to inform us within 7 days of receiving it. We will then contact Royal Mail to make a claim against them for the damage. We appreciate your understanding that this is out of our hands during transit and we require time to deal with the issue with Royal Mail. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
